went gym today

with cindi jason holden zongda... oh well... my 'first time'... litat give to my FOOLs... haha... went for lik 2hours... but me and cindi rot for more den 1hr... lol... but tink our muscles... **dunno wat to say** lol... and... we are lik... wantin to send zongda off quickly... is not ok... haha... cos we scare he have to wait bus alone ma... cos the four of us, me holden and jason take train... cindi walk... so lo... hee... lol...
